Draw a 1-step by 1-step square against a wall to mark the playing area.
In official Moogui's competition, the dimensions are 60 cm x 60 cm.
Alternatively, use an official Moogui's play arena.
• Firing Zone:
Mark the shooting zone at a distance of 2 steps from the playing arena.
In official Moogui's competition, the distance is 1 meter 20.
2. Game Modes
• Training Mode:
Players earn 1 point for each game won.
The first to reach 3 points becomes the big winner.
At the end of each game, all participants collect their Moogue.
• Competition Mode:
The winner of the game wins and takes all Moogues played during the game, except for those in shield or immunity positions that remained in the playing arena.
3. Determination of the Order of Passage
Players (maximum 4 per game) simultaneously launch their Moogue into the game arena.
Whoever's Moogue lands furthest to the center of the arena starts last, while whoever's Moogue lands furthest away starts first.
4. Progress of a Standard Game
Players take turns throwing their Moogue character (Moogui's or ORZAG) in the order defined previously, with only one throw per player.
Whoever gets the highest score wins the game (highest faces count).
Any Moogue thrown outside the arena is considered a loser.
While throwing, try to change the position of your opponents' Moogues or knock them out of the playing area.
5. How to Play a Game with a Sentinel Booster
Players launch their Moogue character (Moogui's or ORZAG) as in a standard game.
Those who own a Moogue Booster Sentinel corresponding to their Moogue character's continent can launch it to increase their Moogue character's power.
If the combined total score of your Moogue character and your Moogue booster sentinel is higher than that of your opponents, you win the game, if it is lower you both lose.
6. Special Rules
• Arena Line:
As long as your Moogue touches the play arena line, even just a little, you stay in the game.
• Shield Position:
If your Moogue character (Moogui's or ORZAG) falls on a shield in the game arena, it is impregnable. You can take it back or play it again if you think you can score higher than everyone else, but only when all participants have thrown their Moogue character.
• Immunity Position:
If your Moogue character or sentinel becomes immune in the play arena and remains there for the rest of the game, it is unassailable. You must recapture it, and you cannot win, even if you are the only one left in the play arena.
• Equality:
In the event of a tie, the tied players play again among themselves to determine the winner of the game. No ties are possible in immunity.
7. Moogue Types
• Moogue Character Moogui's:
They are shaped like humans and have six power sides, including an animal attack side and a shield side. The top and bottom sides are the immunity sides.
• Moogue Character ORZAG:
Featuring alien-like figures, they have six power sides and a shield side. The top and bottom sides are the immunity sides.
• Moogue Booster Sentinel:
Featuring enigmatic creatures, they have no shields and six power-adding sides. The top and bottom sides are the immunity sides.
8. Alliances
During a game, you can create an alliance by teaming up with someone, even if they are not in the game at the start, as long as they have a Sentinel Booster from the same continent as your Moogue character.
The alliance must be signed before launching the Moogue Sentinel Booster.
In official Moogui competitions, if the alliance's cumulative score is not high enough, the ally loses their Sentinel Booster. If the score is higher, all losing Moogues in the game are shared between the two partners. If an odd number of Moogues are won, the ally with the Sentinel Booster receives the indivisible Moogue.
