Article 1: Organization of the competition

The Moogui's company, whose head office is located at 5 rue Émile GAY 26260 Saint-Donat-sur-l'Herbasse, is organizing a competition called "Moogui's tournament" on July 11, 12, 18, and 19 at 5 p.m. during the Parthenay FLIP 2025 games festival.

Article 2: Conditions of participation 

The competition is open to people aged 7 and over

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 20. Moogui's reserves the right to change the number of participants at any time without providing any justification.          

Minors must obtain parental consent to participate in the Moogui's tournament . By signing the Moogui's tournament registration form, the legal representative expressly acknowledges and accepts their child's participation in the Moogui's competition and its rules.

Article 3: Terms of participation

Participants must register directly on site at least 45 minutes before the start of the competition (subject to availability)

Participants accept the image rights authorizations and the competition rules by signing the Moogui's tournament registration.

Article 4: Endowments

The prizes to be won are as follows: 

For the winner: 3 surprise Moogues, blockchain identity included

For the second: 2 surprise Moogue, blockchain identity included

For the third: 1 Moogue surprise, Blockchain identity included

The prizes cannot be contested or exchanged for their cash value or for other goods or services.

Article 5: Authorization of image rights 

By participating in the Moogui's tournament, participants agree to the image rights authorization.

Moogui's reserves the right to take photographs, videos or digital recordings during the Moogui's competition, and to use the images thus obtained on all media, for an unlimited territory, without limitation of duration, in full or in extracts and in particular: press, book, digital media, exhibition, advertising, public screening, competition, website, social networks.

Participants guarantee that neither they nor the person they represent are bound by an exclusive contract relating to the use of their image or name. 

Article 6: Disputes 

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these regulations, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the location of Moogui's registered office.

Article 7: Acceptance of the regulations 

Games are played in pairs in two rounds of three if tied. The winner of one game faces the winner of another game, and so on. The winner of all the games becomes the Leader. To rebalance the tournament in the event of an uneven number of participants, Moogui's reserves the right to draft a losing candidate or to substitute a candidate. Participation in the Moogui's competition implies full acceptance of these rules. Any failure to comply with the rules will render the participation null and void.
